"A little over a year ago my doctor told me that I was overweight, had body fat at a dangerous level
of 38% and very high cholesterol.  I was frustrated because I had spent money, time and energy in
the local gym with my "trainer" and the result was not only increased weight and body fat but
injuries that I had to keep recovering from.  I tried authentic pilates and haven't looked back.  I was
focused only on my body fat and cholesterol but a funny thing happened along the way.  I started
getting slimmer.  At age 47, I now have a body fat of 22%, no longer take cholesterol medicine, have
no injuries, and lost inches.  I have to contribute my success to the staff @ Pilates Corps along with
